The initial engagement of this project was to develop business proposals through involvement in the pre-sales activities. This soon led to liaison with Microsoft on product specifications for identified opportunities.

We successfully gathered client requirements from 8 stakeholders and 14 subject matter experts from the different departments through well planned and scoped workshops and individual interviews. The agreed proposed solution was conveyed to the development team.

Throughout the project, we managed to effectively communicate the proposed solution to our client and managing their expectation after understanding the technology capability from the development team. We were part of the change management team and engaged to ensure that the end users were communicated to and made well aware of the new intranet implementation - Microsoft Sharepoint Server 2003.
