We were the key resource in the Customer Centric Category Management project for Business process re-engineering. We managed As-Is process mapping through information gathering and interviews, conducted workshops for To-Be process mapping with senior management and having constant liaison with stakeholders for information gathering, meeting and presentation of restructuring outcomes.
