We designed and created holistic and accurate PMO fundamental functions to enable consistent cyclic maintenance. We ensured constant liaison with the senior management from the different streams in the program.

One of the key services we provided was to support the change management and integration manager in consolidating projects change requests and impact assessments to program.

We also professionally and effectively communicated program processes, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, reporting and business and program management documentation. Ultimately, we had made valuable improvements to business processes and documentation that led to the overall improvement of PMO efficiency.
